In 2016, Bernie Sanders announced his intention to seek the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. ‘America’, one of his campaign’s online ads, paints a vision of a hopeful, diverse, and inclusive America. It’s a stark contrast to the direction the 2016 presidential campaign would eventually take - and how it ended.

It’s a snapshot in time of what might have been.

It also might be one of the best campaign ads ever produced.
